TERMS OF SERVICESBy commissioning me, you automatically agree to the Terms of Service below.
I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.i. GENERAL
- I have the right to refuse any commissions.
- I will stream (Twitch or Discord) and share WIPs of the artwork unless you state you would like me to keep it hidden.
- I do not allow my works to be included in any AI database.
- I do not allow my works to be sold as NFT.
- I do not allow my works to be used in promoting any crimes and political agendas.
- Credit my work as Eirenadraws.
- Do allow 2 to 4 business days for me to reply to your request.
- Digital art only. No physical items will be shippedii. PAYMENT AND REFUND
- I will start work only after payment is done.
- Payments will be made through PayPal and VGen platform only.
- 2 Payment options: Full payment and 50/50 payment at minimum (Before I start and After I am done).
- An invoice will be sent if your request is accepted. Failure to pay the invoice (without prior notice) in 48 hrs indicates a cancellation. There will be one reminder before this is enforced.
- I will charge additional fees for rushed commissions.
- Refund is available if I haven't started on your commission.iii. PAYPAL DISCLAIMER
- Please note that all of our sales are considered “Digital Goods” and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
- Nothing is ever intended by either us or the Client, to be physically shipped.iv. REVISION
- I will do revisions during the sketch phase.
- I will do minor changes for revisions but major changes post sketch phase will be charged a revision fee.v. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights (unless you pay for commercial usage).
- I reserve full rights to post, display, and promote my service with Client's commissioned artwork on my website and social media platforms.
- The artist has the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date).
- The client is not allowed to claim my work as their own or trace, edit, or copy my artwork in any way.
- Any information and materials that are provided to me by the Client shall be considered confidential.vi. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
- I retain the right to use all commissioned artwork for self-promotion, such as displaying it in my portfolio or sharing it on social media.
- The client may use the artwork for personal use only, unless prior arrangements have been made with me.
- The client may not use the artwork for commercial or promotional purposes without purchasing one of the licenses below.
- The client is strictly prohibited from redistributing, editing, copying or reselling their commissioned artwork to third parties.Promotional License: Licensed usage of the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes, such as on social media platforms to promote an event, for branding, for streaming etc.- This license does not cover merchandise, such as sellable prints; please refer to the Commercial License underneath.
- The client must pay an additional fee for the promotional license. The fee will be discussed in the final quote.
- You MAY NOT edit, redistribute or resell this product to third parties.
- I retain the copyright to the artwork.Commercial License: Licensed usage of the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, such as merchandise (i.e. prints, mouse pad etc.).- The client must pay an additional fee. Depending on the type of merchandise, the final fee will be discussed in the final quote.
- By purchasing the Commercial License, you gain the copyrights to the artwork, but I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion and portfolio purposes.
- You may redistribute or resell this product to third parties as merchandise only.vii. NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST- If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
- There will be an NDA fee.
- The privacy request entails that we are not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor are we allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
- However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.viii. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- Depending on the complexity, it will take 1-4 weeks approx.
- If there are delays or adjustments to the expected timeline, I will inform the client.
- I will send the finished work via Email or Google Drive.
- Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to at least 6 months. This of course does not apply if you wish to be a reoccurring client, in this case, I will not delete the file. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion, or loss.

- Commercial useNote: Character design is not applied on this type of commission.

HOW TO ORDERi. SENDING A REQUEST
- Submit a request through the google form below.
- All commission requests will undergo a two-day screening process. Clients will receive an email from [email protected].
- Once the details are confirmed, I will send out an invoice using PayPal.
- Your commission will be added to the queue once the invoice is paid.ii. PROCESS
- Your commission will begin once all payment and onboarding instructions are completed.
- You will receive frequent updates and WIPs several times per drawing stage (sketch/line art/coloring).iii. FINALIZATION
- You will receive the completed commission through email or google drive submitted in the request form.
